Many people will re-tool in a downturn

With the current financial climate still having a serious grip on the average persons while lifestyle, it is only natural that some will look to either re-train in a skill that is in demand or they will attempt to gain extra qualifications to make their jobs safer.

This will mean that there is going to be a great demand for further education, yet this will not necessarily mean that these people will be giving everything up and heading off to college or university.

These people are likely to stay in work and learn their new skills online, the reasons for this move from actually choosing online education instead of going to a full time course are:

People will be more price sensitive in the coming years
Rising gas prices become more of a concern
Larger number of highly qualified teachers
