Kids as young as five get sex education

The government are to introduce sex education into schools that will see children as young as five being taught the birds and the bees for the first time. This decision is believed by the experts to help youngsters understand this side of life and prevent the rise in teenage pregnancies and the rise in sexually transmitted diseases.

But this is not going to go ahead without any opposition as there are already groups complaining about this proposed plan, there is no doubt that before this can be fully integrated into the education system there will be some vigorous attempts to slow it down.

Primary school children will be only given lessons in the basics, as the more serious stuff will be left for when they begin their secondary education. In a way, it is probably going to be a good thing as it will take the responsibility away from parents who find this subject somewhat embarrassing.
