University readying to welcome the Google generation

Universities and colleges are getting ready to receive the new wave of digital students, these are the first students to go on to further education who have grown up in the digital age, you may not think that this would have any effect on their further education, but it does.

The problem lies with the informal manner that the students work, they tend to send emails a text messages instead of making phone calls or meeting face to face, this is something that the staff at these institutions need to get around.

These students move in a fast environment, which they cannot and probably will not change, this means that the staff have to adapt to the new ways of these students, which includes email, text and even social networking.
