Second life for kids

Anyone who has been on the virtual world of Second Life would know that there are some place on the site that are not recommended for the younger internet users, including teenagers. Some people may say that to use the site users have to be eighteen, but that has never stopped anyone has it?

Linden Labs have seen this as an opportunity and are launching Teen Second Life which does exactly what it says on the box the site offers the same sort of experience as the main Second Life site, but no over eighteens are allowed as user have to be aged between thirteen and seventeen.

The purpose of this site is to teach these teenagers about life and business, there are plenty of opportunities for these new Second Lifers to create and start new businesses, as well as learning new skills too.
