Websites to get ratings

Is it possible that websites could end up getting an age rating system that is meant to protect children from accessing websites that are not suitable for their age, according to the Culture Secretary Andy Burnham?

There is no doubt that the internet contains some nasty material, but in most cases, this takes so serious searching or it is found by accident.

The government are suggesting that they will be discussing further options with the US over how they improve the services provided in English.

However, do they really think that by slapping a large 18 on the front page of a website that anyone under that age will automatically think about going any further? Whatever way this is sold, it is going to end up looking like censorship and whenever this word appears in to do with the internet it just gets everyone’s backs up
