Leadership programme needs help

A student leadership programme that has been run through the University of Bedford’s, department of innovation are looking for local business people to step and help out developing the students understanding of the needs and requirements to lead from the front.

The programmes aim is to enable students to develop their skills in leadership. This will help them maximise their potential not only at university but also as they move into their future careers.

However, without the assistance of businesses and business people these skills cannot be transferred from one person to another, this is a waste of resources, which only means that some people are missing out.

Even though there are plenty of businesses around who do get involved in these schemes, there are many more needed in order to keep the skills moving from one person to another.
