Education may not affect loss of memory

There are several ideas about how education affects the risk of memory loss and other problems such as Alzheimer’s disease, the general opinion used to be that the better educated the person is the less chance there is of someone getting these problems.

However, it seems that according to recent research that this may not be the case and the level of education that a person reaches has no affect on whether or not that particular person is likely to suffer from memory loss later on in life.

These results come from study of six and half thousand people. All of whom are from different educational backgrounds and who have achieved various levels of success in school, college or university.

The results found that education had no effect on the outcome of who suffered from memory loss.
