Head Teachers get falsely accused
In the UK there is a little known fact that around 60% of head teachers and teaching staff have had a malicious compliant made about them; and just in the last three years. This has prompted teaching staff to call for action against the culprits who fabricate stories in order to just get a teacher into trouble, they the want the police to deal with both pupils and parents.
It is claimed that the parents who have dealings with government departments, I assume that they mean the DSS and Social Services are the ones most likely to plot against a teacher who they do not like for some reason and to further this there is a claim to enforce the £1000 fine that can be administered should they be found guilty of “Plotting”.
The problem here is that, if there is no proof then surely an accusation would just go away, so the damage is limited, but sure enough those who do this sort of thing should not be able to get away with it either, it’s a big problem.
