Cheating in school

This has often been seen as a problem throughout the western world, and it is a practice where schools are cheating to gain greater pass rates in the school tests, the highest pass rates mean the school gets grants and other financial help.

So there is reasoning behind this, but still it has to be said that its wrong and the people that do it are in fact cheaters, no different than those students who write the answers down on a piece of paper before they go into an exam.

Take this one school in Ohio, where in 2005 they failed the maths test, this would have resulted in a intervention, however in 2006 the school had a 100% turnout and a 59% pass rate, this was the same test and the same children. This is what testing does to people!
